Shipping policy

How your order ships

  • Most printed items (apparel, mugs, phone cases, prints, some stickers and magnets, and more) are printed on demand by our production partner, just for you after you order.
  • Books and some stickers and magnets are packed and shipped by the artist, Chesca, from her home studio.

Your order may arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days.

How long it takes

  • Printed items: about 2–5 business days to make, plus shipping time.
  • Items Chesca ships: we ship as fast as we can, usually within a few business days. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get to the post office.

Delivery times (after your order ships)

  • USA: about 3–4 business days.
  • International: about 5–20 business days, depending on where you live.

These are estimates, not promises. Busy seasons, carrier delays and customs can slow things down.

Pre-orders
If you order a pre-order item, everything Chesca ships herself will go out together once all the pre-order items arrive. Printed items in the same order may ship sooner and arrive first.

International orders and customs
Your country may charge customs fees, duties or import taxes when a package arrives. These are set by your country, aren't included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by you, usually on delivery. Your local customs or post office can tell you what to expect. If a package is refused or not picked up at customs, we may not be able to reship it for free.

Please check your address
If a package comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address, there may be a charge to send it again.

Returns
Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.

Damaged, wrong or missing items
Oh no! Email contact@litterboxcomics.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the item and the problem. We'll take a look and work with you to make it right.

Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived 5 business days after its estimated delivery date, email us with your order number within 21 days of that date, and we'll help sort it out.
